Looks like a female to me, but you need to take a close pic of the main stem and nodes.

Your plant is suffering from multiple deficiencies or some sort of lockout. What's your medium and what are you feeding? How much?

Please don't assume the plant's gender. Plants have rights , too.

Upon looking at the provided photo, ive determined the bugs could be any gender. They obviously travel in packs though...

I will say your plant is struggling with a bug problem. Looks like whiteflies and maybe some mites. That really stresses a plant out

looks like nitrogen poising to me. i would flush and restart at 1/2 strength if your using synth nutes or just do ph'ed water with a little calmag for a few feedings if organic.
