(5 week old plant) there is some yellowing on the bottom 2 leaves.. is this normel?

the tips on some of the other leaves are drying up and are dyeing (but only on the tips) am i over watering?

Sounds like you have some issues with nute burn but hard to say without knowing more.

What type of soil are you using and are you fertilizing them.. if so how much/often.

Im useing regular potting soil?and no fertilizer i think i might have over watered? other than what i told you the plant looks healthey and smells dank
