God its annoying that the Grow FAQ is dead now:

Basically I wanna know what to do - one of the plants has grown higher than the light and I wanna get it under it again without snapping off the main cola...any help on how to bend it over guys?

ALSO I've seen people with short plants and about 18 decent sized buds on it like a cube shape almost, yet its a growing plant with not 1 cola but its like EVERY budsite on it is at the same level...how the hell do you do that? Anyone know a thread which tells you how to do it?

If you're concerned about snapping it, do it slowly over time. I just did mine when it was dry and very flexible. I pulled on it till it started to fight back. Then I tied it down. The next time I pulled it just a little tighter. My Blackberry loves it! Those tops in my Avatar are from that one plant.

Topping and LST results in multiple budding sites.

You'll have to start training them. You dont need to bend them alot at once, just a little bit every few hours.

Are you vegging or flowering right now? If flowering, how far in?

Usually the first few weeks of flower the plant will go through its explosive stretch phase and eventually stop and focus on bud production. It will slow down in verticle growth, just train it until it stops.

And whatever you do, dont cut any tops off.

I'm flowering - 4-and-a-half weeks (it stopped growing vertically awhile ago now - its just starting to annoy me having to have it NEXT TO the light rather than UNDER it...still a decent amount on it, but its not directly under)

And the LST thing, I'm just asking for my next grow really so I can have a go...

So, simply put - you wanna top it then get/keep the main stem as flat or low as possible so all the budsites start stretching upwards toward the light at the same rate yeah? THEN start flowering for more cola-sized nugs?

(if you don't get where I'm coming from - basically a SOG of big top buds coming off the main stem which is by this point nearly lying horizontal?)
