my 1 month old plants from seed started to show some symptoms a little over a week agoe. after asking around in here i figured it was becuse i had been feeding nutes for 2 weeks without having runoff.(wanted to plants to build a root system after repotting from solo cups).
i took another members advice and start giving plain water til runoff. now 2 waterings later, and i checked my runoff EC it was 1.80(the nutes i was feeding before had EC 0.90).
I wonder now, next feed, should i just give plain water again?, or give them half strength, nutes and a good amount of runoff?.

I would keep it plain water until they recover from the burn. Then, start off low 1/4-1/2 recommend strength.

Are you in soil? If your plants are supposed to be getting a nutrient solution of .9 and you have 1.8, you should water without nutes until you get to .9?

yes, its in soil, and yes that makes sence. Btw, just wonder, How can 4 waterings with nutrients without runoff fuck the ec up so much?. like its crazy, i was about to start feedin until runoff, just wanted to give the roots 2 weeks to establish some root system after a repotting before giving them that much water..

Not sure. I don't grow soil in pots. That shits for garden beds, lol. Browse around the soil forums.
