Plant problems, first time grow

So I am extremely new at this and while I thought I did enough research before I began growing I feel very lost. My plants are Ak-48 fem seeds from nirvana and this entire time they just haven't looked right. I don't know what I'm doing wrong, the lower leaves are turning yellow and there are purple edges on a lot of the leaves. One of my plants is severely droopy compared to the other one even though they are being watered the same amount. Any advice would be very appreciated, thanks! :)
p.s. the soil is an organic seed starting mix with natural plant food in a .06 -.03 -.06 ratio

Im also fairly new grower but this happened to me too. Turned out it was
phosphorus deficiency. Here's a pic

How often do you water? Lights? Water PH? Pot size? Did you transplant or are they in their original pots? How old are they? Are you feeding them just tap water or distilled? Is there any nutrients besides the soil?
