plant size and nutrient uptake

Hey RIU! Currently I am running 3 California hash plants in my grow tent. 2 of the plants were cloned from the giant mother and vegged for ~1.5 weeks. Mother was vegged for ~ 6 weeks and heavily LSTed to produce even canopy and short height. Currently, I just went into 4th week of flowering and the giant plant is exhibiting some nutrient deficiency @ top of canopy while the smaller clones from the same mother have no signs of deficiency. Do bigger plants require more nutrients than smaller plants? Why does the big plant experience calcium deficiencies only with the leaves that are directly under the 600w hps? Why do i have calcium deficiency when i am using calmag & Lucas formula?

Nutrient (NaCl 0.5 Conversion):
RO H2O @ 12ppm
Base Nutes (GH Micro + Bloom Lucas)
Sillica Blast @ 3ml/gal
Hygrozym @ 8ml/gal
Liquid Karma @ 10ml/gal
Calmag + @ 5ml/ gal
AN Bud Blood @ 5g /gal (only week 1-2 flowering)
Bloombastic @ 2ml/gal (week 4 +)
Great white @ (week 1-2 veg, 1-2 flowering)

Initially, i mix up my nutrients using sillica blast and my base nutes to achieve ~800PPM. I then proceed with the additives bloombastic till 950-1050PPM ~ 1.9- 2.2 EC. pH after adjusting swings from 5.3- 5.9.

Every day, i top off my resevoir only using base nutes and maintain proper ppm & pH. I change my reservoir every 2 weeks, flush the growing medium with a couple liters of pure water to leach out any accumulated salts.

Light:
600w vented HPS w/ ushio enhanced spectrum w/ digital dimmable ballast. 12" above canopy.

Ventilation:
334 cfm can max fan in a 2x4x6 space, so ~ 7x circulation per minute assuming no loss of airflow
6" carbon filter & duct muffler and passive air intake

Environment: 71-82 degrees, 42%-54% RH. Temp recorded at top of canopy. CO2 ppm last measured between 800-1100

Aeroponics:
2 misters per plant (16 sprayers total). 12 gal reservoir recirculating. Reservoir temp ~ 71-74. 1083 GPH

Apologies with the HPS picture. You can clearly see that leaves that are directly under the bulb shows slight yellowing compared to foliage further away from the bulb. little tiny rust spots on top canopy.

Anyways, advice or pointers would be great. I am not sure on what to do to prevent additional rust spots from appearing. My hypothesis is:
- Light too close, temp too hot
- Nutrient too weak
- Calcium deficiency
- Foliage that is directly under the light requires more nutrients?

It could be that you need more than 12" from top of canopy. It looks like only the very top, everything below looks fine. There are some nutrients that take longer2 move 2the top of bigger plants and signs of progress takes a few days.
