plant stopped growing

I grew 5 plants from clones and four of them are perfectly fine and flowering right now. I kept one in veg but it is not growing at all. It looks healthy. I took clones off this plant and the clones rooted but they are not growing any leaves. I have cloned several times and never had that happen. Wondering idf there a grow hormone problem with the plant? Anyone have any ideas what's wrong?

Doh! bully pups!

ill get pics up soon but i dont think they will help it looks like a normal healthy plant. very slight yellowing of a couple leaves but it looks healthy. It s not drooping or anything. it looks like its just frozen in time. i have it in a hempy bucket with perlite and vermicilite (spelling? ) I feed general hydroponics 3 part nutrients. its under 4 cfls. The other plants had the same exact conditions (except i had more cfls on them when they were all there) now the other 4 are under hps and doing fine. this plant just stopped growing but its not dying either. and its weird that the clones from this plant rooted but do not grow leaves.
