Plant stress from water?

I’m unsure about this one. I water when the pots are light and dry. Ph 6-6.2. 300 ppm. All plants are northern lights. The medium is promix hp. I want to save these plants, I just don’t know where to go with them.

Droopy plants are a sign of under or over watering.
If the leaves are brittle and dry then they are under watered but it looks like you are over watering ..... if the leaves are full of water and dense but droopy then yea they are over watered
