plant too wide

how can i make my plant grow UP and not sideways? i LSTed and now its too wide and taking over my whole grow space. it is about 5 inches tall and 30 inches wide. i have a 400w HPS. The other plants have been completely outgrown because i topped them and i only LSTed this one. When should i flower a plant topped for 4 main heads?

I knew a chick that was a little ”wide” I still hit it!.... im not sure what this has to do with your plant at all. I just wanted to share the fact that I banged a fatty once (maybe twice, but who's counting?)

Tall AND fat...put the light higher

Yp, raise the light to about 16" above the tops and flip to 12/12.

my light is currently like 30 inches away. the biggest plant is 1 month in veg it is Early queen. the other plant in a big pot is super silver haze which i topped to get 4 colas(uncle bens topping method) the only reason i havnt switch into 12/12 is because im waiting for this plant to grow abit more.
