Plant won’t grow new leaves, just keeps stretching!?

My daughter here was moved outside last week from a cup into our garden. She gets plenty of sun but her leaves won’t grow at all! No vegetative grow, just shooting upwards... take a look. E794C9CC-3131-48C2-8C81-4B9550CB86E2.jpeg
How can I help her out? Any other tips appreciated, this is my first outdoor grow.

have you ran this stain indoors before? How much did it stretch there?
 
I imagine you are just seeing a different pheno expression outdoors. If its stretching up, its still growing. Is it in full sun all day?
 
You just transplanted it. Give it some time to establish it's roots and it will start growing. If you moved it outside from inside it's getting that great sunlight. It's not uncommon for a plant to stretch a little when moving out into the sun from indoor lights..
