Plant yellowing too early in flowering??

Hey guys. First here is the plant info. Its a White Widow x Big Bug (Female Seeds). Outdoor Grow, 15 gallon pot, Promix w/ FF Soil mixture, Dyna-gro Nutrients. I was feeding twice a week with 1/2 tsp/Gal & eventually built up to 2 tsp/Gal of Dyna-Gro Liquid Grow through veg, and 1 week into flowering. I began noticing the lower larger leaves yellowing from tip to stem (Nitrogen Deff?) a week prior to flowering. After 1 week of good signs of flower development, I switched to Dyna-Gro Liquid Bloom @ 1 tsp/Gal, also twice a week. She continued to degrade with no improvement. I didn't get any pics of her at the beginning of the problem. The picture attached is the plant at the 5th week of flowering. Im by far no way a professional. Certainly trying to refine my skills though. Thanks for all who reply and sorry if the post is out of typical forum order. Im new to the whole forum scene.

Make sure your PH is good to go, feed her some nitrogen, she is hungry.

That is what I would do at first glance.
