Plants 3 weeks into flowering...tell me you think

3 weeks into flowering under 8 26 watt cfls. My light strip fell on one of my plants and the plant broke off at the main stem like 5" down but all the undergrowth seemed to have grown up and are all budding nicely. How does it look for a first time grow?

Almost 5 weeks.... just added a couple of 42 watt cfls to cover some more of the plants.
