Plants are in vegetation but already dying

Hey guys, I have a couple plants and for some reason the lowest leaves are starting to die. First they feel wet and soft and next day they are crispy and yellow. Humidity is 60 and temp is 26c with 600w lamp. I just started nutritions a week ago. Can someone please help me with this deficiency or toxicity?

It's a 600watt hps light, so it's strong enough, maybe even too strong since they are so small. But yeah I removed the lowest leaves on 1 plant because those leaves were dead, so I removed them, but my concern is that it starts on the next leaves also. Btw im growing in soil

HPS - got it. The plant is very tall and the leaves are large. The HPS will give it the height but plants that aren't getting enough light will be tall and have a smaller number of large leaves. At that age, you should be > = 200µmol, especially with since HPS has so little blue.

One way to counteract that is to add in a blue LED. I a little Vipar XS1500 + a Rapid LED Royal Blue puck for germination and easy seedling stage. The Puck is about $20 and, because blue photons inhibit cell expansion, you'll get thicker stems and more, smaller leaves. It's a good cheap compliment to a high red light.

I'm not seeing any indication of excess light and I encourage growers to spend $32 on a Uni-T light meter. It will remove all most of the doubt.

My knowledge of soil growing is limited but you've defnitely got some tip burn there. You're watering in a circle which is SOP. How old is the plant? I'm thinking it might be too early for nutes since soil already has nutes in it.

I'm sure a soil guru will chime in.

Wish I could be more help.

The plants are almost 3 weeks old from seed. But my main issue are the lower leaves that are dying. Idk if thats a deficiency or toxicity or overwatering?
The soil is reused from last grow and I flushed it completely at the end of the grow

1day later and the problem is only getting bigger, the lower leaves are yellowing and dying in a fast pace. I hope someone can help me

If your older leaves are dying, it generally indicates a mobile nutrient deficiency.

You have failed to provide us with basic information, such as pH and EC runoff, nutrients you're feeding, and whether or not you've checked your nutrient pH/EC.

Check the basics first, and make sure your inputs are correct & ensure any runoff is coming off as expected.

You started feeding it a week ago, was that before or after the problems started?

What are you feeding and how much/how often?

I figured out it was too much nutrition for them. Especially since they are so small. I followed the program of plagron terra and it was just too much for the small plants. I am giving them only ph water for now and they already starting to feel much better and better growth also. I will start feeding in a week with only half of the prescripted amount. They suggest 5ml a liter, but it was too much for them

You are overfeeding if your leafs are burning up from the tips. Always start with half to ¾ of the suggested dose
