after transplanting especially i think its important that you relly saturate the roots with water if you havent already that might be it

It's wilting from shock of the transplant. When you transplant add a little super thrive or b1 vitamin.

Also it's never a good idea to transplant a fruiting plant. Do it right before the flip.

Never just saturate the roots either, after a transplant just use b1 and thoroughly water and give it light and some humidity.

Yep sound like transplant stress or you need to water them. How cold is your grow space getting at night? If it is getting too cold you may want to run the lights at night so they add some heat to the grow space when it is the coldest. They can handle cooler temps than people think they can. I pulled my last 2 outdoor plants in the beginning of December and temps where getting into the mid 30's at night. Plants did just fine and they even turned a nice purple from the cold.
