Where is just as important as how your growing. When you have a big enough place to grow then it changes everything i’ve been growing for 28 years and 20 indoors and i know from experience. When you grow little 1 and 2 once plants it nothing like growing 20 plants and getting 20 pounds just letting your plants go another month! This is a new experience for me growing hydro, but far as knowing how to grow in certain space i’ve done it all. Also when you got the room you let them grow bigger and lollipop them and put your netting about 4 1/2 and let the spread out and they produce way more!!!
Sog has their advantages too. I feel like i use less resources (nutes, water) growing 1 big plant rather than a bunch of smaller ones though, but that's just my opinion.

Sure he's going to yield some bud. But saying you yield more with longer veg time is a false statement.

SOG is the best if your looking for yield over a certain time period. Vegging for like two weeks then flip. Downside is plant count and work involved.

Saying you yield more by vegging for months at end is just plain wrong. We've already established what yields most indoors, vegging for months is not the answer.

Quality should not differ if you have everything dialed in and know how to grow properly IMO.
Evidently you are growing confined space. What you saying it would take 150 or 200 plants to grow 20 pounds.Go watch these commercial grows they let there plants veg for almost 2 months then turn them back when growing indoors.I’ve got 12

Absolutely and you keep your plant count down to. Have you ever seen these commercial grows they grow plants for at least a couple months before they bud and i’m sure those guys know what they are doing.

For sure. Most of it is personal preference, and what you have to work with. I'm a culprit for letting mine get a lil to big tho. Lol

Why grow a bud on a stick and get an once off of it. I never could understand people doing that ,and getting your plant count up so high that you go to the fed pin!!!

no it’s fine. I’ve got a little bit bigger pump on it also that you can’t see in the pic.I use it for an extra air stone into the plant, and for my water tote that i use to store my water in. I don’t have a heat problem at all when you have a 12 foot ceilings it helps so much for heat problems

I’m going to put a cage on it soon i’m going to put it into a bigger container. Last night i woke up about 1 o'clock in the morning and went and checked on her and water was low so i filled the res up to the right level. Then i checked on it again at 5 in the morning and it was a gallon and half low. She drinks so much it’s in unbelievable!

Good idea. You can just re use the 5 gallon lid just cut the hole big enough in the new tote for roots to fit. I would also tie it at the stalk to the roof to take weight off of the net pot. I’ve had them fall in because of weight before.

i’ve already got her tied to the ceiling. Everything you said in your comment is exactly what i am going to do. Thanks for saying that it just let me know i’m doing it right.

This is my light for flower in this pic. I have an sf1000 and a cheap 200 watt led in a 2x4 for my mom's. I used to grow in a 4x8 with 2 600 watt mh/hps. Temps were difficult to control but I somehow did it. Lol
