LOL.... if they catch him they'll probably tie him up and make him listen while they read every back issue of "The Watchtower" aloud. HAHAHA... he'll be begging for the buckshot in the ass to put him out of his misery.
No, no no, think of the torture scene in Hitchhiker's Guide, where the guy has to sit and appreciate the... Thing's (Jesus, now I'm drawing a blank on what they were called) poetry.

See, a lot of people don't always take that "buckshot in the ass" thing seriously, unless they're from a place like up here. Lots of folks still have claims up here, and they don't take kindly to anyone nosing around, they might jump their claim! (I'm not joking about this, my husband works for the local telco, and there are notes for "certain" customers, shit like, CALL FIRST, KNOWN TO SHOOT PPL ON PROPERTY!)

I only involve myself in my "crime" .... I don't drag others into it without their knowledge or permission. My only crime is growing a plant.... not infringing on others rights or freedoms.

I'm not preaching... I'm simply stating my opinion the same as you are stating yours.

alright guys, shit man, didnt expect to come back to the comp with a shitload of pages of fighting... that being said, lets clear a few things up. The land is a old hay field that has been abandoned for the last 3 years. Turns out its every 3 years she gets it mowed just to keep from the big trees growing in. I was just unlucky and hit it on its 3rd year woops. Not saying i have done everything "Right" but have tried pretty damn hard. Honestly, im not the most experienced at this and im trying to dig safe, but the truth of the matter is that lesser experienced individuals such as myself are subject to a hi chance that were gonna fuck up. In this one grow already I have learned so much about plant location and were to put em. I have lost 4 plants but its not a total loss, for I learned a lesson. As far as private property, you need to understand that if someone gets caught for growing plants that there not growing on their property, its just not as simple to say there gonna get busted, what if your dealing with a 85 year old women. I seriously doubt the cops would put any any any ANY charges against her. guys lets pull together here, as one. I know i have done things that are stupid on this grow, but have you never done stupid things that you have learned from in past grows? its called learning...

I've done LOTS of stupid things. Unfortunately, there have been a couple of occasions where someone else ended up paying for them (not in a jail time sense). That was never my intention of course, but in life there are some instances where you can look at a situation and say, "This has the potential to infringe upon someone or cost them," and make your decisions from there.

Hey, any one of you guys who think it's fine to use someone else's land for your own purposes have a problem with me just using your stuff? I need it. :D

In my opinion, the people who DON'T own any property are the ones who think it's fine and dandy to grow on other peoples land. The people who DO who property are the ones who think people should keep it off others land.

Personally if I found someone growing on my land, I would surround the grow spot with bear traps covered in leaves for camo. Then when the growing punk shows up and gets snapped in the trap, I'd let him have an ass full of buckshot. Then I'd mow his shit right down in front of him.

Why would I react so strongly you ask? Because I've smoked chronic for over 25 years and have never been busted. I like to remain low profile with it. Some kid growing on my property creates an open door for the cops to come in and bust MY ass and take away MY shit.

Government lands belong to everyone. IF weed is found growing on government land, are they going to search every home in the county? Hell no they aren't, they are going to chop it down and move on, no big deal

Yes weed is illegal, yes growing it is illegal, however that does not give you the right to jeapordize someone else's weed habit out of your own selfishness.

Next time imagine the cops kicking in your door over some plant that was growing in some corner of your yard that you didn't even know was there. Maybe that'll make it more real for you.

But, they can't imagine that. There are even those who are claiming that farmers actually don't mind if you take over a part of their fields. Personally, coming from farming stock on one side of the family, I find that hard to believe (at least, that it might be a significant minority, let alone "most").

These arguments make me laugh. Maybe I'm selfish but I would rather someone elses door be kicked in then mine. I simply look at it as what they don't know won't hurt them. I have always read that guerilla growers should NEVER EVER plant on their own property. Sure I'd be pissed if someone grew tons of plants on my property but I would find them before the cops would. haha bear traps and buckshots thats sad, cops would be on your ass even more.

that means you will be hiking one day and step in three bear traps and get shot three times by a park ranger. ..... just kidding.... lol.....

Why would we stop? This is forum for discussion no???? Perhaps we just want to impress upon others how wrong it is to infringe on others rights and property no matter how much you feel you are entitled to do so.

Clearly we are not from the same "community" of growers/tokers as you because while we believe the law about MJ is wrong..... we DON'T believe the laws about trespassing on others property are wrong.

Step back and take another look at the posts here. NO ONE is saying don't "guerilla grow"... we are saying please do it on public land if you don't own your own. Do not infringe on someone's personal property. When you do, you give all of us a bad name!

Again, this is not about whether or not the owner will actually be charged if YOUR grow is discovered on their property.... it's the fact that you don't have the right to even put them in the situation where they have to try and explain away YOUR grow! That property owner might get caught up in hours, days or weeks of trying to prove their innocence..... who the hell are YOU to put that upon them?

If you truly think the farmer doesn't care ( yeah right ) then knock on their door and get their permission (lol... good luck with that).

And THAT is what makes you bad for the MJ community as a whole.... your complete disregard for others. How lovely that you don't care if they kick in the door of the property owner whose land you used for your grow. That is EXACTLY the punk-ass attitude that puts us all in a bad light. Nice going!

Ok. so, I'm probably like a major bitch this way, but do NOT, I repeat, DO NOT just walk up and hop on my sled. Expect to have me ALL up in your shit if you do that. Why? Because, it's my bike. As in not yours. I paid for it, I earned it, I take care of it, register, paid taxes for the privilege of riding it on public roadways, I do EVERYTHING that makes that sweet little scoot mine. Not yours.

Well Florida girl if you think planting on someones property makes you have complete disregard for others than your very narrow minded. Not all people have access to government land and we don't like the idea of risking it on our own property. I look for the best places that have similar vegitation and only plant 1-2, I don't make trails because i only visit 2-3 times per year, I do this because I care. If I didn't care I would plant 15 per spot. Where I'm from cops don't knock down doors for a couple plants.

Actually no I won't. I only grow at home. I don't grow on others property, not even government property. I have this whole respect habit going on.

Narrow minded? Not at all! In fact YOU are the narrow minded one if all you can see is YOUR right to grow on someone else's private property.... owner be damned..... you do what is good for YOU only. That is the EPITOME of the "me generation" and VERY narrow minded.

Perhaps you would understand a little better if a heroin dealer set up shop on your front lawn. Sure you can prove it has nothing to do with you.... but what the hell.... he feels entitled to use the space you WORK and PAY for to conduct his business.

Don't bother with that front lawn vs. hidden way in the back crap argument either because location on said property is not the issue..... ownership IS!

You have NO RIGHT without permission and there is NOTHING you can say that changes that FACT!
