I have seen Marijuana plants like this and like this Now I see that the first one has that thing in the middle that looks like a stick and you rip off the leafs so you have that thing in the middle then you dry it. However the second picture do you rip off the leafs and dry them off and smoke them?.

What are you asking???

The first picture is a mature and ready to harvest Cola/Bud/Flower. The second picture has no flowers as of yet. It is not mature or it is a male which will not flower.
As for leaves look in the first picture and you will see the leaves around the Bud/flower if they are coated you can make Puna butter from them.
