hi i have a 6x3 grow room brickshed which has been painted in white. My grow room is reaching in betwwen 55- 85 temp and 70 -90 humidity i have cold air flowing in and hot air exhaust from top of light taking out heat and a circulating fan blowing down can anyone tell me the right temp for growing white widdow and big buddha cheese also need the right humidity level please help
