Not the best time to transplant but is she is root bound you really should...if you want to control how big/tall she gets you should LST...keeps them short and bushy. Is she a photo or an auto? I can't remember....
She is a photo. a bagseed photo at that.
I guess I'll be going to the hydro store today to find something betteraand bigger.
I got my tax check yesterday, so I have a litte money I can spend... thought about buying a grow tent... but I really really like that one grow box...
IDK, maybe I'll figure it out today.
And probably transplant my sick baby. to a bigger home..
I've seen that stuff at the hydro store that says it prevents transplant shock, does any of that stuff actually work? you would think that for $50-60, it would... but figured I'd ask around here first.

you could just poke some more holes in the bottom of the planter she is in now and place the pot on top of another pot with soil in it, that way you won't have to shock her with transplanting.

Never really thought about that, or heard about it being done at that.. but it does sound pretty workable.
Thanks for your input. +rep

just remember its a weed it will grow vegg is the easyest stage to get it through............usually the soil has enuf ferts to get the plant through a month of vegg with no ferts..... and when you do buy ferts get weed ferts no mg stuff unless your expirienced(fox farm trio) usually an easy buy and also go to the nirvana web site they have solitabs and flower tabs. Solitabs are like furtilizer discs and you put one in the soil during Vegg and all you got to worry about is clean water....and the flowertabs are the same but for the flowering stage.... dont know from personal expirience but just orderd my flower tabs yesterday

Look like they still have a week or 2 but the only way to be sure is to check the trich color

Yeah, so i went out and bought a mini microscope. 20-40x magnification.
And damn, am I glad i did that.
I was getting kind of scared that i was going to miss the perfect time to cut them down...
Well, I sampled a few different spots on the plant, and basically, 10% of the tich's are cloudy or amber. hell, probably a little less.
All the rest, are crystal clear...
So, from this point on, im flushing my baby.
Now when it comes to flushing, do I still keep on the same 3 day watering (or when the plants soil is completely dry)? or do I water more often?
Am I to use more water than I normally do, so im acutally "flushing" the plants soil?
Any help given will be much much appreciated.

Also, I will take some more pictures and post them probably tonight...
Her buds are getting so full. Especially the top cola... it has doubled in it's girth. lol I guess she has hit puberty.
but anyways... im so siked on this, I cant wait to start cutting and trimming... then drying and curing...

I have very bad news about my kandy kush.... one of my lights fell and burned basically 75% of her... I cut everything that was burned off and tried to give her a week or more to recoop... but she is dead...
May all flags be flown at half ast today in rememberance of my second attempt....
Im really wanting to start this G13 Haze, but im really hesitant due to what just happened...
i guess i'll try maybe white widow, or the critical seed i have... there are a few i've never heard of... but I really want to start the $20.00 G13 Haze seed.
I guess I may be waiting on that one..

Thanks for all your support guys (and gals)... (mostly gals) lol

Okay, so I started a new seed. Dutch Passion's (I believe) white widow.
Everything seems to be going great.
and with my other bag seed, im just about to cut er' down.
im really worried. I did pull a branch off that was very amber as far as the trichomes go. and let it dry out, and I tried it...
well, for one the smell doesnt really smell like weed, as much as it smells like... well, i guess a plant..
Is there a good reason for this?
The plant itself does smell like some good skunky bud, but if ou get up close to it, it doesnt seem to be as I thought it'd be.
Am I going crazy? I didnt think thats how it was suppose to be.
with this being my first, can someone please enlighten me?

I'll take pics and post today.

Thanks for all your help people.:-(

After typing a whole three fucking paragraphs of information, I some how hit the backspace button and now everything I typed is gone.
Basically, I started a new plant.
Every since the plant has came above ground (about February 25th), there has been something else growing right next to it, that resembles a pot plant, but a very very slow, deformed looking plant.
After some inverstigation, I have found that this is most definitely coming from the white widows roots.
I don't know whether to cut this thing down, or what the hell to do.
I know that I've heard that being able to see the roots of your plants is a good way to make sure that your plant is staying healthy, by the color of it or something of that sort. Can anyone tell me what this is, why it's happening, and what I should do about it?

The yield from my first grow was not even close to as expected. but, the high was the best I've ever had.

Well,
Here's the pics... take a look and let me know what you think this is...
Hell, maybe it's something completely new to the profession. Maybe its a scientific breakthrough....
Or at the same time, it could be some time of THC Sucking Plant Parasite.

i'm still here brewhaha, just milling around. lol i think that is some other kind of weed. you may want to pull it so that the 2 are not competing for nutrients.

Well that's the thing... it is one of the plants roots... I pulled it up slowly following the root... and its definitely connected to my widow plant. It is growing off the white widows root... I've never heard of this... should I just cut it right under the ground or what? I know this probably is a first for basically everyone, and some might be skeptical but its definitely attached to the root of the widow.

Im an extremely new grower. I did alot of research, by reading many books, watching non stop growing video's, and getting ahold of any information I could.
Basically, my first successful germination that actually sprouted into anything (I only use bag seeds... :-( ) is now looking a little weird. The second node is coming in, and I've noticed the 2 leaves are way uneven in length. I've also noticed the first node's leaves looking like they are what I would call "blistering".
It's a real poor grow setup, with only one 40w fluorescent lamp, and one 60w CFL. I have a fan that runs almost all the time, and two computer fans pulling in fresh air.
The temp stays around 75-80 degrees, and humidity is pretty much stable at 40-45% at all times.

Im attaching pictures for reference. I would love to hear any thoughts and especially any suggestions.
I want to use good seeds, but am scared of where to buy from. I've heard Attitude is the best, but alot of people have diff. opinions.
Also would love to use clones, but I know noone who grows... so I don't have access to any type of clone.

Please advise on what I should do, or if this is all pretty normal.. The pictures should be fairly good and make the visualization better so you can help.

Thanks in advance ! :bigjoint:

Sadly I’m 12 years to this post, but it’s been a frustrating day, and then I see this question. I call bullshit. There is no damn way you did any research, at all, if you’re asking is it supposed to look like this? A simple two second google image search and you would’ve found your answer. I swear some people don’t want to even attempt to do their own research.
