Please help new grower

Well guys and girls i have a question. I got 7 plants and i have one plant that has brown sugar leafs on the buds and they look dead. Ive choped about 3 different spots of it and one top and it just keeps moving down to lower buds and they turn brown. I even put fungicide on the spot i cut to keep it from spreading. Didnt work. Its not filling out like my other girls and dont smell like them. Do u think it may be bud rot and if so do i cut it down now and possibly save what i can?

If you think it’s bud rot and it’s progressing to fast go ahead cut it down. However don’t expect great smoke with out proper finishing plants . Curing/drying also must be done correctly.
