hard to tell without pics, but if leaves are curling or drooping, make sure that your not OVER watering them...soil should be cracking up on the top layer b4 you need to add more water....

You can reverse it. 2 to 3 times a day is way too much. Some people don't water for 2 to 3 days at a time. But that is their situation, and everyones is different. Let them dry out a little before watering again. Use your finger and stick it into the dirt about an inch or two deep and if it is dry then give it some water, depending on the size of the pot that is. You don't want your soil to be moist all the time.

It can be reversed if the watering gets cut back. How big are the pots that they are in? How big are the plants now? Do you have any pics?

if your leaves are damaged then there is no reversing the damage thats already done, but you can keep the plant as a whole healthy, when you water your plants water it till you see a lil runoff, then pick up the pot and make a mental note of how heavy it is, then in a few days when you see the top of the soil is dry then pick it up again and see how heavy it is, if it is fairly light then water, and do not let your soil go bone dry

overwatering is not how much water you use at one time, but how often you water your plants. hope that helps
