Soil ph is way to high that's why you are seeing lockouts. Bring the soil ph down to 6.0-6.5 for it to stop locking out nutrients bro.

Ya bro even the water ph is too high, bring the water ph to 6.0 and try to get your soil ph to 6.5 at the most, that's exactly the problem

You can use vinegar as a ph down emergency solution but I would highly suggest you go to your local garden center and get an actual ph down solution.

PH should be 6.5 that is the optimal level for soil. Those leaves look dark so check your nutrient strengths as well.

Nute burn, flush then reduce the amount you feed.
