tip it upside down and gently wiggle the whole coco medium out if you can, but try and be gentle, see if there is any tinge of brown there. then replace back in pot.

You have to measure the amount of moisture in your pot by picking it up. The finger test is bullshit due to pockets that may exist in your medium. Her growth has just about stopped it seems. Be patient. She'll come out of this.

This is another reason I like fabric pots: I can pick them up and feel around the pot to see if they need to be watered. I use that with the heft method, if the pot feels light I then try to feel the contents because I've come to know the difference between adequately wet and dry.
