Please identify these growths.

You can see the pollen laying on the fan leaves. If you have other plants going it's dangerous. Get that plant into a garbage bag and seal it up tight then chuck it. What @ebcrew means is it's either a male plant or a female with intersexed characteristics (hermaphrodite).
Water is supposed to deactivate the pollen so you can mist your grow space after you clean up.

Well, if it started as female for sure, then you caused stress of some kind, the strain is predisposed to hermie- ing or it was in fact a male to begin with.
Anything nearby has surely been pollinated as well now.

The females have to have receptive pistils to be pollinated. Males usually appear first so it's possible that you MIGHT be ok depending on how far in flower you are. You running a fan because wind spreads the pollen. Chuck that menace and get a spray bottle of water going.
