Plz help Nutrient Burn Or Pottasium DEF or WHAT ?!

My soil is a mix of wormcastings coco perlite and zeolite(on top) round 40/40/10/10 %
Here is a picture plz help .. Also tips of bud leaves are burnt.

Yours really isnt that bad compared to some that I've seen. If it gets to bad all you can do is flush and cut of the bad leaves and wait for new growth. Your not gonna fix the burnt leaves. But like I said yours really isnt that bad. And thats just my opinion and to some it may not mean anything.
