Are you sure it is powdery mildew? PM usually attack underside of leaves, where you will see yellowing and be able to see the leaf branches. How have you been watering?
Have you been misting? Because to me looks more like a water sediment to me.
If it is PM find some Ammonium Sulfate, mixed at .175# per gallon of water and spray the plant every other day especially underside of leaves.
Failure to cure PM can usually be found to not being able to get good coverage under the leaves

That's PM 100%... and the reproductive ends of the mold appear as the fuzzy white powder on top of leaf surfaces, buds & even stems. Totally visible from above, just like your pics.
That is a pretty bad outbreak a happening bro... lowering humidity to under 44% while raising temps to 82~86F will help subside the spread, but what is there is there... and unless you lower the RH & raise the temps, it will keep spreading. BTW it is very important you do this especially during the first hour or two after the lights go out... no joke.
You might want to try Eagle 20 as a systemic fungicide to kill what you have... just run it a full 10 weeks before you chop. Pretty bad outbreak. GL bro

Maybe, if I called it wrong I am sorry. I do have quite a bit of knowledge on it though.
I do know that by just dropping RH will not stop PM it will only stall it.
Hope it works out.

I've used Spectracide up until week 3 of bloom. If you're gonna use it, do it now. Nothing works better for PM.

pm doesn't break out on the bottom of leaves. You can still treat your plant. I use neem oil. You caught it just in time to be able to spray em still. Any kind of spray on the buds is counter productive, but mildewy buds are worse than slower growing ones. it looks like it spread somethin nasty, so i would pull each lady out and saturate all surfaces (including soil) then clean the shit out of your room don't do it half ass or it will come back. You might even need to break down your fans and ballasts if they aren't filtered. Good luck to you
I too had this problem, I used serenade and sprayed over the plants,,
Serenade is safe comparew to other pesticide, as it wont burn the leaves,
this can be used till the day of harvest...
this would be the right thing for you..

Others have noticed a foul taste in buds treated with serenade. I use a similar fungacidal bacteria, but only until about the 4th week. Given the advanced nature of the outbreak, I would use one dose of Spectracide. Spray today...mold/mildew gone tomorrow.
