Yes hello everyone ! My way friend is having a PM issue. I gifted him 30 clones. Lemon og kush, cheese, gorilla bomb, and white widow are the strains. I have grown them out three times and never had a Problem with powder mildew. Could people please share how they have gotten rid of it please ? Or what they have done to keep it at bay during flower ? I’m confused also because it seems that it’s not possible to get rid of it totally ? Is this true ? Thanks for the help everyone !

Grateful 3000

PS
He has tried a few different methods to get rid of it. One was a garlic spray with neem oil and he also used a UV bulb and a ozone UV bulb to kill spores in grow room and plants.

Ozone and plants usually dont mix. Have him/her ensure environmental conditions are fixed ( air exchange, movement, rh spikes, etc)
In flower is tough...high ph 'ed water 8 ph or higher( pm loves acidic condtions) and maybe a light mix of h2o2.
Ensure any unneeded foliage is removed. Check Lollypopping and defoliation.
Good luck and be thorough and diligent.
As well, check out bud washing if he/she makes it to harvest.
Good luck

This^^^ there are several methods. I suggest anyone who has not tried this, TRY IT. Think about it...even indoor collects crap over the plants' lifespan.
Makes a huge difference...for the better I feel.

When they're in veg, I'm a fan of sulfur sprays, side benefit is mites aren't fond of it either. Maybe mix it up and use some green cleaner every other spray. Careful on the dosage on younger plants, they'll burn.

Nobody likes to hear this, but...If it's bad in the flowering area, toss the plants. Then scrub the walls, floors etc. or throw away the tent, get your environment under control and start over. Clean fans, containers etc. too. Sulfur burner, if you have one.

I think it's really two approaches, one is to save any plants you can, (doable in veg, harder in flower) and the other is to identify and correct WHY you have p.m. .

Simple buy 3% H2O2, though it might not be strong enough. Best if you buy Food Grade H2O2 which is ~ 35%, then dilute 1:10= ~ 3%, but instead do 1: 5. Spray the crap out them and the walls etc. Repeat for 3 days

You can also add Silica to the nutes for future benefits

Yep, hydrogen peroxide directly on the leaf and stems etc. might help, sometimes if you're too exuberant, pistils will turn prematurely brown. Prefer not to use it too far into flower.
