POLL: Have you had a mystical experience on 3.5 grams of Psilocybin?

For this poll, 'Mystical Experience' is defined as:
"a direct experience of transcendent reality or God, especially by means of contemplation and asceticism instead of rational thought"

And also as having these qualities:
Profound sense of unity or contact with the Reality,
Conscious awareness on the part of the individual about his/her spiritual quest or journey,
Feeling that the experience cannot be expressed through language,
Refinement of intuitive faculty and using intuition as a means to seeking an end,
Ecstasy and sense of wholeness.


I assume the result will be an overwhelming 'yes'. Hoping to get at least 30 responses.

Closer 5-6 dry grams for me to be have this type of experience, 2-3 grams im chilling watching movies

That is some large dose.

Doubt if anyone could avoid such an experience.

ive been tripping with 10wet shrooms. but noware near an experiance like that

I depends on a good season Liberty Caps (psilocybe semilanceata) you will only need 3-4 grams. With Cubensis you need 5-6 grams.

They differ very in effect. I like to microdose Liberty Caps and use heroic doses on Cubensis. The medicinal effect are about the same but the duration is shorter on Cubensis. Cubes seems to be more gentle to the CNS overall.

Dry, its very hard to estimate dosing on fresh mushrooms. They all hold different amount of moisture.

For sure I took three grams of some red boys that I grew and literally thought all the stars were falling out of the sky at one point in time

I took 3.5g of Penis Envy strain recently and at the height of my trip I became a being of pure thought and energy (a spore of consciousness if you will), connected to all other life in the cosmos. This was my "true" form. My corporeal self was just a "pod" or "vehicle" issued to me on lease. Aware of my "true" form, I was freed from the constraints of my "pod" and was able to float through sky , space and time.

The open eye visuals were very "walls are melting" and everything was humming and breathing as is usual on very strong dose. Once the eyes were closed, the ride was wild. It was a transcendent experience for sure.

No but with drinking a 2 liter bottle of 1 Lb. shroom tea, after 1/2 bottle seen all I wanted for 20 yrs, now micro dosing a lot better now but still miss the intense hallucination's. On a 70 story building , then a million cockroaches on me, then singing I I I I i'am a frito bandito. Best trip ever.

I don't think I'd be able to handle Penis Envy mushrooms. The giggle fits would kill me if I anyone in my group mentioned "Penis Envy" while on the come up

Well i tried 15grams of fresh picked mexican magic mushrooms on emtpy tummy..nothing happened.

For me it takes a lot more then that to go on a spiritual journey. But its not a light dose by any means. Also mushroom you have matters Penis Envy and Golden Teachers not gonna hit the same.

4-5g of GT is my absolute favorite trip


one time over the course of maybe 6 weeks I went from 2 to 4 to 6 of PE and the 6 was the only “bad trip” I’ve ever experienced. The mother slapped me hard for about 2 hours. 6 was cocky

4.20gs dried of some Nz subs (these ones are some of stronger mushrooms)

Last year was a massive season for me, about 150gs taken over a few months. Went from tripping and watching tv/gaming to now I only trip in a dark quiet room, and have a full ritual.

I could go on for ages about my trips, but the best opening one was the. 4.2g lemon tek. Took last year this trip got me good. The downloads I received basically told me everything I needed to know, everything I had been searching for, the deep esoteric knowledge of how everything is. I was also able to see and bend shapes with my hands, I've never really been one to get visuals (usually just astral travel and see like that) I'll never forget how that went. At moments I was crying and laughing but it was because I had figured out this knowledge, wasn't sad just laughing and crying over the control aspect of it all. To anyone else it would've looked like a psychotic breakdown, to me it was bliss.

I've learnt alot about this place/life/reality or whatever you wanna call it, too much to type, I've actually got a book with alot of what I found out haha.

The higher the dose, the more opening it will be, you make the time good/bad/fun/scary, remain calm and that it's going to end if it gets too much. Whenever I felt scared I would snap myself out and say 'this ain't shit' I had some hectic moments that could've left me with a bad trip, mostly when it was to do with spirits, or things in my life that I now see was wrong. Mushrooms can make you face fears head on, up to you if you let it break you, and breaking isn't bad


Now I can't wait for this year's season, only a couple months away

Depends which shrooms. 3.5g of subbies, yes. 3.5g of cubensis (B+, KSSS), not quite, more 5-6g. Both dried. Tampenensis, yes, they were super potent!
