Pollen Sacks Bursting

So Im thinking of setting up a box to keep light out and be able to give my clones 12 hours of light in my veg room so I can see if they are male or females How long does it take for the male pollen sacks to burst?

Not too sure, but its well over a month for mine so far.

mine took about a week and a half to 2 weeks. Im sure it varies though

it varies by strain..... just like everything else.... just watch them, is there a reason your asking? you want to keep them? I'd just pull the plant as soon as you see the sacks.

Nope I'm doing this to see what sex they are
I cut 4 clones and placed them in some jiffy pucks and under a dome
When its time for 12 hours of darkness I got a cover for it that I will put over at 10 pm and take off at 10 am

The clones are wilted to the max

Why not just clone from only proven females.... that way you dont have to stress your clones to see their sex....

Well Im not sure which ones are female I only got two of em and its my first grow

Well that makes perfect sense, but for future reference, you should follow those guidelines....

before you flower a plant, if you can aford the space and time take clones off that 1 plant or plants you want to sex wait for the clones to root the flower 1 clone from 1 plant till it shows it's sex then flower the other clone to find the sex of the other plant
