I've just encountered my first male flowers, and I'm not sure how to interpret the unfortunate results. All four plants in this grow were cones taken from plants originally grown from unknown seed. The original plants were all female with no signs of male flowers, but one of the clones did something I've never seen before. One cutting had two meristems, and one of the two was decidedly female, while the other one either turned hermie or totally male. You can see in the following pics the dual stems and the different phenotypes. Unfortunately, I already cut most of the suspect parts off of the male side.
Now that I have removed the male half of the plant, I need to know what is happening with the other plants. Can anyone tell me from these pics if the circled parts are hermie flowers or just pollinated females? I don't mind a few seeds, but I don't want any more pollen than I already have. Thanks.
