Portugal coffee houses?

So since Portugal has legalized drugs, do they have the coffee houses like Amsterdam?

The stamp on the passport would look a little nicer/less suspicious (plus I'd think the food and wine would be better too)

I got about 400K of miles to burn

are you just wanting to avoid the hassle, or do you not want them in your bag? i would have no problem telling the customs person i went to the dam to get blitzed if me and my bags were clean. i kinda get a kick out of it when i get searched and am clean.

the hassle. i travel a ton and keeping things smooth is paramount.
