Especially to a guy with a few years up north out west on a drilling rig lol Anywhere that isn't urban it is much more doable price wise. Plus maybe a few rippers without stretch marks lol
Like you said also I highly doubt the rules will be relaxed anytime soon.

my delivery charge was MORE than my usage in the summer.. made me laugh out loud even...
was the first time that I have EVER seen that in a hydro bill.

I’m considering getting involved. Not really sure. I mean if it’s even possible for an average joe. I’ve followed this a bit from Kirk Tousaws Facebook and the criteria doesn’t seem difficult. Threshold 10 or 20k sq ft. Plant count I believe 5000. More lenient security. One security cleared individual per 5 employees. Permimiter of location must be of reasonable security. Video monitoring stored for 2 years. I forget the rest but it’s quite reasonable at first glance.
