Possible Hempy / Air Basket Combo Comment Please

Okay, I have been doing reading to find my grow method. I have come across many methods that people swear by and others hate. I have come to the conclusion that the best method I have come across for my self would be the Hempy Bucket and the Air Basket. The Hempy Bucket is a hydro method used with a 70/30 Perlite/Verc Mix and a 1-2' res at the bottom of the bucket. The air basket method uses soil but is put in a water garden pot that has a lot of little holes in it to help keep the soil aerated, the air basket also has an air pump in it to feed roots all the oxygen they want.

So now I'm thinking of going with an air basket with a 1-2' reservoir like a hempy bucket but also with an air pump above the water line to push air into the roots. Going with a 70/30 perli/vermac and a package of water crystals to help keep moisture for the plants.

I think this might help with some major growth, but once again I'm still new and would like some input from others who know of these methods more then what I do.

i like this idea. have u tried it? im in the process right now starting a new plant. just deciding what seeds to buy.

in your opinion, is 30% verc mis necessary? or 100 perl ok?

vandula look at this guys airpot grow method. you do have to invest time reading but it's all good info. he is using a hydro netpot with a sponge attached to an airpump under a vermiculite, perlite, water absorbing crystal mix i forget the ratio. good reading.

i'm going to be doing his soilponic method exactly with a scrog setup using 250 hps and 900 blue led setup.
