Hmmm not really sure tbh. They look pretty much the same as a month ago, but now bigger. I mean it could be a moisture stress issue, or even something like the light being too close...

Sorry for not really having much advice, other than to say that everything is connected, and nutrient excess/deficiency isn't always to blame for leaf symptoms.

Not really sure which Dr Earth schedule you're going by, but the 444 bag says 1/2 cup per 5 gallons every 2 months...your original post was from a month ago, so I don't see why they'd be ready to feed again now. Either way, I'd hold off on that until you get back. With dry amendments, timing is not critical and the results can take weeks to show up.

this coast of Maine blend just does not come with enough aeration at all, so getting the watering right was tricky. Once the plan really grew into these containers it seemed to handle the lack of aeration better. Eventually the nutes were low so I top dressed with dr earth. I also did a number of things to control a gnat infestation (yellow sticky traps, insecticidal soap, nematodes, etc). I think I underestimated how much damage the larvae were doing.

Overall plants are still looking much better and buds are stacking nicely

plant on right is showing brown/burnt patches now on two leaves though so I’m a bit worried that’ll spread. Since I don’t see much nute burn, I’ve supplemented with a light dose of Bloom Big to hit wit with something that can help immediately. I top dressed with dr earth flower girl but that’ll take another week to really activate

I’ll keep this thread going might as well turn this into a grow journal at this point

What I believe matters is that they are still kicking. Nice job in helping them hold on. We can only do what we can sometimes. I have had plants that don't look so great that make it fine to the finish, so I have no doubt you will be able to see these through. Only piece of advice I can give is to let the damaged leaves just degrade themselves to death if you can't figure it out. Plucking them will only make another leaf start degrading if the issue isn't fixed.
I had a plant do this to me recently.. the entire plant look like it had K, and mag deficiency.. but 2 leaves near the top shriveled up like the one's that concerned you from the start. I started feeding more (Meaning full recommended feed, and not 1/2 or 2/3 the dose) and they look ok now. I'll get some pics once the light comes on. EC around 1.4 in veg. feeding megacrop.

F54: Damn near thriving

left pheno is more orange and has less terps. Right pheno is more bluish and smells like cream. Both have purple hues coming in on the sugar leaves and are piling on the frost

Looks like my eighth run will be done by the end of the month :weed:

Just spotted what I think is a nanner and just pulled out an immature seed from a cola.

what’s the best move here? Should I chop early?

That's a nice streak without any of those issues. I also agree that a few seeds at harvest isn't so bad. It's happened to me a few times. The bud ends up so good that I can't notice any negative impact.

upward leaf curl means pH is too low. Just use what comes out of faucet. Don't make more than one change at a time because then you'll never know what the problem is.

Disregard breeder’s guesstimate about grow time , yield claims and other hype.

Plants do not care about calendars or week “ its on “. Run strain as long as necessary. Regardless of bud knobs / foxtails ( most of the time its a trait. ). Pistil growth will continue to be happening at bud tips ( due to the light intensity and plants vigor ) it happens.

Eventually you will give up looking for a ratio ( amber vs. cloudy ). Many growers end up pulling plants based on overall look over “ scoping “ triches. You still have a lot of pistils ( mid bud ) that haven’t completely changed color and show some receding.

They are looking pretty good and just need that last hail mary In final weight and bulking. Many plants can go a 100 days or so.
