It wasn't a guestimation at all
I counted 17 bulbs and they looked like 23 watters
17 * 23 = 391

I said 400 watt because I wasn't sure if there was any other CFL's hidden from view

yeah they're ok as reflectors but i mostly use them so those big 42 watters dont blind me every time i go in there
