the stem of my bong is a straw from mcdonalds wrapped with duct tape. i also duct taped some tin foil on to the bowl since i have no screens. the stem is sealed with some bubble gum. its all air tight too.

haha, i love your 'Budget Bong' me n my mates make something similar out of a gatorade bottle, a piece of garden hose for the stem and a cone piece. Burn a lil hole in the back for a shotty and your ready to go. I think i got one lying round somewere ill post a pic up.
