Four Skunk 1# from Seedsman, each in a 4g pot with Organic soil mix of me own, been toped/FIM and trained a bit, under 470W of LEDs (Fero Bulldog and a LG panel)
maybe with the lights close they were getting too much light and going into saturation which can shut down or even destroy chlorophyll.with the narrow bandwidth and tight focus of leds. plants can get a lot more red and blue light from leds and to much will stop growthHaha Thanks! It pretty much is lol I lst'd the fuck out of her! LMFAO
Gonna post pics when she is trimmed without any fan leaves or anything, and then when she is stripped of the buds with just the stem structure left. It should look pretty wild.
Yea it has something to do with the spectrum mixing I believe. You can see if you put your hand right under the led's a bunch of different colors but as you move your hand down, it gets purpleish white. Ive noticed that the max LUX generated on a shelf of my t5 ho's at 5000 lumens each bulb 6 bulbs, is like 30,000lux. Adn that is almost touching the bulbs. the buds on the plant I posted are getting between 27,000-50,000 while staying basically as cool as the air in the room. Hopefully the buds will be denser than with t5's at aroudn 90+F

Yea trying to find the optimal distance for leds for veg/flower, but so far, they are killing t5's since they can hit more than double the lux at over a foot that the plants would get touching t5 bulbs, except the led's keep it super cool at those distances which is great.
here are some AKR shots. Still swelling!
