Pot size flowering

i have a 8 1/2'' wide(at top) and 8 1/4'' down flower pot is that enough for flowering 2 plants or do i need bigger pots?

Rule of thumb is 1 gallon per 1 foot plant height.

you have 1 pot for 2 plants ?

get another pot. the bigger the better
