Citric acid is probably the best natural fungicide around. Also I suggest adding 3 mils glycerol/glycerin (same thing different name) to the water, since it increases growth according to at least one
study I read. Haven't tried it yet myself, just read it yesterday and don't have any on hand right now. The study showed very impressive growth enhancement though, usually about 50-100%. They only tried it on a few plants but one was spearmint, which is fairly similar to weed, being a leafy flowering herb. However it does tend to attract moisture so it may not be appropriate in your case. But maybe after you fix your humidity and ventilation problems. It might be okay with the citric acid also in the spray though. Hard to say.
