i was thinking of a homemade computer grow box for this winters grow and i was wondering if you can take the power supply already in the computer and run your lights and fans off of it?

Cant run your lights. Fans, yes its already running those anyway if your talking about the fans already there. Unless there is a light setup similar to christmas tree lights.
