Pre-fert soil question

hey peeps,
i used scott's potting soil for my first grow...in hindsight it wasn't the best idea. i burned the girls in the first month by adding growterra 20 -20- 20. The girls are flowering now so i just added 1/3 the recommended amount of organic power bloom. CAN I ADD MORE TO INCREASE BUD PRODUCTION? I don't want them to starve of potassium, but don't want them to burn either. The company states that you can't burn them, but i don't want to chance it on the ladies! much thanks! kiss-ass

you can burn plants even when it says you can't good call on that. But no one can for sure say how much will or will not burn your plants try half strength and observe. I know it really isn't an ideal answer but it is the best i think you may get.

Sitting here thinking a bit more about it if you use a fert that is very low to no n in it it will be a bit tougher to burn your plants.

Go for it, organics are slow, so it takes awhile to evaluate their reaction to the system. I use Premiere Pro Mix HP (high porosity) and strongly suggest next grow you switch, it's only lightly prefertilized. This is one the most popular soiless mixes used by growers. (Sunshine #4 is a similar product)
