Pre flowers in late veg..

Hello everyone I am seeking expert knowledge as I am a noob. I am thinking male but let me give you more information: third month into 18/6 on 400w MH, one of three, other started showing pistils and the other no signs of sex. Main question is, is this a for sure male or do I need to convert to 12/12 to fully determine gender? - Sorry about picture angle.
