Nobody is getting grandfathered, I've explained this a million times already, the case is a constitutional challenge, if Conroy wins then EVERYBODY with medical need will have the right, not just those that had it previous. Nobody is going to be "stuck with LPs", if they choose to use LPs thats another matter.

While I hope you're right, I'm not so sure of the out come. The government has already started to collect revenue from the mmpr and will fight to keep any piece of it they can. I'm not sure what kind of loop-hole or whatever they'll come up with, but they'll try. I personally think it's a mute point....we'll have full on legalization within 12 months of the ruling, IM(optimistic?)O.
