Privet green house

privet green house would this work for vegging? i had it from an easter egg lol looks like it could work for something like a lowryder

well theres a hole at the bottom stick that into the ground where your plant is but onece the plant starts to grow big you cant get it off just to give the plants a boost when seedlings
