Pro-gro 180 led vs gro-bright t5 4ft 8 bulb

which light out of these 2 would you recommend? I DON'T want an Hps so please don't suggest. I don't want the heat. This will be used in a 4.5x4.5x6.5 grow tent. I am looking to flower 4-6 plants with no problem. I can't find much on Led's but have found a couple grows using the 180 and only good reviews.

Ethier one is around $300 and if I get the LED I'll be using an existing t5 2bulb fixture along with it.

Im using hydrofarm t5 8 bulb and its cool. No complaints but if you can get the grow pro. Im looking to pick two up and run them with the t5

Id rather have the progrow, not sure it will handle that large of an area or that many plants though. Check out the led subsection of indoor lighting, theres a lot of info there and a couple guys who use the progrows. I'm sure they can give you a better answer, good luck!

any opinion on the Spectra 180 Led? vs the Pro Gro 180 ... I've read a lot of blogs on here but they lack some info
