Theres literally no info online, pro grow doesnt even seem to have a website. The only way i can think off to figure this out is to check an actual driver, photo and upload the driver label, and we can figure it out. Was it gifted by a friend? Whos got the driver or another light of same model?

I copied and pasted the title of the thread in google, tons of responses. Here’s a pic from the manual I found on the third site.
It says the driver is a Sosen 0-10v amongst other info. Hope that helps some, there’s even a picture of the driver on two of the three sites I looked at.

Apparently the driver was sent back and they just sent a whole new light out to the customer. No one seems to have any lights in stock either so I can check the model number. I was hoping someone on here might have one.

If they sent a whole new light to the customer, who is your friend that gave you the light, the driver will be on it, just ask them to take a picture.

Unfortunately he had the light sitting in storage for a while and the customer has come and gone.

I sent an email to the company but heard nothing back.

Email sosen, say the manufacture isn't supporting a replacement and you wodu like to know what driver they used and would buy one from them to replace.
There might be liability issues for Sosen; youre asking them "i need the right thing for X product by Y company" : if they send out the wrong thing theyd be liable if something went wrong(or at least in a normal country, kinda hard going after them legally in china :) ).

Best bet would be figuring out what voltage is needed as Nx noted above and source a replacement, there is probably a few better alternatives to Sosen.

So you have emailed Sosen?

Since progrow ain't answering him...how do you suggest he finds out the board specs? Can't measure if you can't power it up? You think he has an adjustable bench supply to hook up and find out? Think he has an Xray machine to see the traces and do the math?

And lastly Sosen drivers are in more products world wide than you can imagine. Not a fly by night company...they are very prominent in the entire LED lighting space.

Chill out Frank, im not saying dont email them, im just saying this is how most companies operate and not to be surprised if they wouldnt help.
Ive heard a fair few forumers complain about their Sosen drivers failing. In any case a Constant power driver will probably do the trick.

OP: if you post photos of the strips its usually possible to get an idea of the layout of the board to get an idea of forward voltage.

These are the only details on the strips. Not a lot else.
Anyway you could do a zoomed out shot? So that we can see at least a couple of those red places where thers red diodes? Seems like maybe 17 white chips + 2 reds in series. That would suggest voltage of around 55V but cannot guarantee.

Sorry about the quality. It's 360 diodes per strip plus another 10 of the red diodes.

I saw on the company site that one strip is 60w .25amp at 240v

The one I'm assuming is the same as I have is
630w 2.62A at 240v

There's only 6 strips on it though, so how does that work?

The bar light 60w is not the same as on your light, it seems like different spectrum. In any case the driver determines the watts not the strip.

Have you tried calling them? Theres a number on their web.

Sorry, cant really determine the board layout.
360white in 3 rows, grouped in clusters of what looks.like 60 + 10 reds. Makes little sense to me, sure its not 12 reds? Theres 6 clusters of 60 white each, 10 reds make no sense or at least it doesnt help us find u a driver. Thx for trying though :)

Edit: maybe search the model on IG? Somebody growing with this unit and posting pictures could tell you what driver.
