The pictures scream nute burn.... if I was you... give your plant 1 maybe 2 good flushings, and it should be ok.
The burn spots will NEVER recover, but the new growth should be fine.
ps: if you're using a soil with a time release fert, or one that has a water release fert like Miracle Gro.... then DO NOT FLUSH... but otherwards just flush and they should be fine.
pps: flushing means adding 3x the amount of volume of water, that your pot can handle... so say you have a 5gallon pot... give 15gallons of water..

its all good. water will do fine. think about it. its popped like 4 more nodes since thoise bottom leafs and its not spreading right? so if its not moving up then you have nothing to worry about. maybe the lowest leafs were just too far gone and the plants gonna rid itself of em.
