problem with leaves (Nitrogen deficiency?)

Okay so I got up this morning and found these faint yellowish marks on some of the leaves, its weird how I swear it happened over night.
I think it might be nitrogen deficiency, and won't be surprised if it is I just want to know what you guys think
Here are some photos.
I was going to circle the parts on the photo but im sure you'll have no problem finding the leaves I am talking about

The problem is, the last time it had nutes, (fox farm big bloom) it was the 24th of december and only about quarter strength as I was worried about burning it then I just watered it on the 29th, so if it is nitrogen def Im worried that if i feed it then I'll over water it as the soil is still moist from the 29th watering.
Just to be clear, do you guys think this is nitrogen def or is it something else.
thanks for any help

I don't think they are short on Nitrogen as i see the lower leaves are still dark and it's the newer growth having the issue, looks to me like it could be short on mg... could be wrong.

yea it is mg but i wouldn't recommend epsom salt sometimes it works and sometimes it makes it worse if you do not know what you are doing so i recommend you take a trip to the local hydro store , im not sure what to use in soil but i used cal-mag by botanicare when i had a similar problem and just as it came over night it cleared over night so just ask whoevers at the store or try your luck with epsom salt

looks more like a rich potassium feeding to me
magnesium deficiency is highly overrated and overdiagnosed

in a mag deficiency all of your leaves will point straight upwards
ala praying for magnesium
VERY rare, but once you see it you'll never misdiagnose again

Just an idea but you could also supplement your waterings with unsulphered molasses. I use a brand called Grandmas and it has 2% Calcium, 2% Magnesium, and 2% Iron. This should help keep things a little more in check plus it feeds the beneficial organisms in your soil which they in turn create more byproduct that your plants roots can uptake and nourish your plant with. Im by no means saying skip on a good the CalMag supplement but this can also be very beneficial. :peace:

I agree not Nitrogen. N deficiencies will be an even yellowing starting from the lowest fan leaves first and working its way up. I also agree on checking pH and get that in order before adding stuff and making things worse. The good stuff might be there, just not available to the plant due to lock out. Nutes also have an effect on other nutes availibility. Yours is interveinal with green veins still. I think adding nutes slowly is ideal and then see if it gets better. Don't fret a leaf or two, as there will be many more where that came from. Good luck.

yeah i checked the pH and somehow its gone just over 7, so I'm going to add a drop or two of ph down and see what happens over the next few days, I do have some epsom salts coming off amazon in the next 1 - 2 days as there is no store where I live that sells them. I'm hoping its the pH though

oh yeah man - its definitely the ph

reefer HATES its soil ph to be seven...

yeah - must be the ph is off giving you a mag def...or nit...or...
um yeah

your plant will be fine, but it won't be your ph down it will be the plain water you pour in to add it
you just used a potassium rich nutrient in your grow and have potassium rich plants
that is all i see anyway

healthy plants beautiful

now that surprises me, i thought of boron defficiency(micro nute) when i saw the plant but it barely looked like it.... guess it was the ph messing with the micro nutes!

im gonna take a leap of faith here and assume your plants ph is in the sevens because cough cough someone... has been fiddling with the plant too much. have you tried using tap water without ph'ing it?
