Problems with Mealybugs, Thinkin Neem & Liquid soap, help needed

Hi,

So am into my 2nd week in flower, an hav got these little white things all over the lower half of every plant

There is 18 plants, so determined to at least try an get rid of them before binning and starting again..

Read up a bit, and found few people using

Neem oil
Liquid Soap
Water

Then into a spray bottle an soak the plant, should dry out quick with light on, but also read its best to do this spray when the light is off?? Anyone tried this before??

An I started seeing them 3 days ago, getting worse by the day I think..

any advice would be great, thanks..
