All good haha. What are your ppms at during late veg? You say you feed once a week, how many waters inbetween? Is it plain ro water on water days or do you add calmag to that also?

Late veg is 650-800 , depending on strain n size. I do 4 transplants to get to 10g pots.
In veg I usually water every other day, but once the roots take to the 10g pot, I usually will have to water it everyday , (last week) and that’s what I want , the more wet dry cycles you have the more they will grow .
When it’s just water days , I’ll add cal/mg to the RO water,
I also add a enzymes sometimes to help brake down junk in the roots and act as a wetting agent.

Do you think the formula might have changed after Hawthorne bought them out? I had similar issues that I chalked up to be root bound issues and inconsistent watering. The issues were similar to yours, thought it was a mag or phosphorus def. Yellow between the veins of the leafs and red/purple stems. They recovered once transplanted and was able to move them into my new space.

ProMix has calcitic and dolomitic lime in it.
You should not need to use cal mag.
However, I still always add a little extra dolomite lime to my ProMix blend.
I have never used cal mag, even with RO water.
